Programme:
Module 1: Pillars of Emotional Intelligence, the connection between emotions and motivation, how can we increase student engagement using emotions.
Module 2: Empathy and supportive conversations, how to use feed forward interview with students. Emotions perception and recognition, conflict prevention.
Module 3: Is teacher always the guilty-one? What happens psychologically and neurologically when we perceive something as a threat? Stress management: how you can take care for yourselves and re-establish your wellbeing despite uncertain times.

Work Methodology
Live sessions on Zoom will be followed by trying out tools and methods in participants' teaching practice. We will support the growth of the participants as much as we can by offering reflection, intervision and possibility of coaching. Every online course encompasses 20 hours of learning combining live sessions with individual work. All the learning materials will be available online.
