We are happy to know that PRIMERA COURSES will host you during your professional development.
STEP 1: CHOOSING A COURSE
You are welcome to choose the course most suitable for you from our wide variety of courses, depending on your interest, project obligations, and your school priorities. If you are not sure which course would be the most fitting, you can always consult your Erasmus+ coordinator or write us an email to help you decide.
STEP 2: FILLING A REGISTRATION FORM
Once you find a course that you like and choose a date that you are able to join, we kindly ask you to fill in a Registration Form to express you interest. Don't worry - filling the form is free-of-charge and it does not oblige you to join the course if you later change your mind. However, the amount of expresses interest is valuable information that helps us understand which sessions are most likely to be realised.
STEP 3: LAST CHECK-IN EMAIL
The sooner we get enough interest, the sooner we can send the so-called last check-in email, notifying everyone that has registered for the course that we have reached the minimum number of the participants to realise it, asking them to confirm their attendance once again before officially confirming the course.
STEP 4: OK, I HAVE FILLED IN A REGISTRATION FORM. WHAT IS NEXT?
Great! We will review your registration and contact you promptly. Here is what you can expect, if you have chosen a course that is:

Great! We will review your registration and contact you promptly. Here is what you can expect, if you have chosen a course that is:
a) already confirmed and has spots still available - you can expect a check-in email stating your official acceptance at the course, and upon your approval, we’ll start preparing for our week together. Scroll down to read about the practical arrangements.
b) already confirmed, but there are unfortunately no spots available anymore - we’ll most likely suggest choosing another confirmed course that can have a similar learning outcome for you or moving your registration for the following date of the same course.
c) not yet confirmed - we will let you know how much interest there is and when you can expect the last check-in email before the official confirmation.
d) most likely not going to be realised, because we have not received enough registrations to confirm it and there is not enough time to change that, we will help you choose another course or suggest moving your registration to the following date of the same course.

HOW DO WE PLAN OUR TIME TOGETHER?
Keeping in regular touch and remaining at your disposal for any doubt or question you might have, planning mainly consist of three steps:
1.) FIRST INFO-PACK
Firstly, you receive our first info-pack, in which you can find detailed information about:
Travelling options to the course destination
Our classrooms' location
Accommodation options that we offer for a discounted price (not obligatory)
Required documents
Basic timetable info
Mentimeter survey
In order for the course to be as useful as possible, we kindly ask the participants to express their wishes, motivation and expectations about the course, so that a trainer can adjust the content accordingly.
2.) INVOICE INFORMATION
We will check once again with each participant that the information given in the registration form is correct and we will issue the invoice for the course fee. To see more about the course fee, billing procedure and our cancellation policy, see HERE.
3.) THE LAST VERSION OF THE PROGRAMME AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
You can expect the last version of the programme with lesson titles and our suggestions for the optional cultural activities at least three weeks before the start of the course. Along with the programme we’ll also send the required documents, filled in from our side so that you can complete them as well, in order to be signed and stamped as a part of your project documentation.
