Course Fee: ​500€

​​​​Including: 

• ​Tuition fee for 6 days course and coffee breaks; 
• Travelling costs for half-day excursion; 
• Learning materials and session summaries; 
• ​Administration and organisational costs;
• Certificate of attendance, Mobility documents and Europass document. 

Comfort Fee: 620€ 

Including everything from the Course Fee and the following cultural and networking activities: 

• A walking guided tour of town on Monday afternoon;
• A group dinner on Tuesday evening;
• A take-away lunch on Wednesday; 
• One entrance ticket on Wednesday excursion.

Billing Procedure

Don't worry - a pre-registration for the course is free-of-charge. Filling a form means expressing your interest and helping us tremendously to plan the right sessions. 

​Only after enough pre-registrations are made, we can confirm the course and start planning our time together.

We issue the invoice and send it by the email only after our agreement, but at least 5 weeks before the start of the course with due date 2 weeks before the course starts.

UP TO 4 WEEKS 
BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE 

​If you cancel your participation 4 weeks before the start of the course, your money will be fully refunded. 

FROM 4 UP TO 2 WEEKS
​BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE

We understand that things can happen, but a lot of work and planning has been already been done from our side as well, therefore we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee 150 € per participant.

TWO WEEKS OR LESS
​BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE

Unfortunately, we do not refund money if the cancellation is made at the last minute, but we do accept the change of the date and / or selected course or the change of the participant.

Before completely canceling your attendance at the course know that you can just reschedule it to following date of the same course or choose a different one. 

We accept the change of the participant, but we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. Please write us an email providing us with the name, surname, email and a phone number of the new participant. 

Know that if your mobility could not be started or completed due to an unforeseeable exceptional situation or event beyond your control, you can always apply for a Force Majeure in the Mobility Tool+, justifying your cancellation.

Primera reserves the right to cancel an already confirmed course in case of a number of subsequent cancellations, when the minimum number of the participants (7) can no longer be guaranteed, but not less than 6 weeks before the start of the course. In that case, an already paid course fee or comfort fee is fully refunded to the participants. However, Primera is not responsible for any other costs that might have occurred during the participants’ organisation for the course (such as transportation tickets, accommodation reservations, etc.).
