Personal data from the registration form (name, telephone number, email address, job position, information on receiving Erasmus+ scholarship and your organisation) will be used to organise the event (for example, to ensure you free space, to send an invoice to a selected payer, to inform you about any potential changes regarding events etc.), Information about your organisation will be used to ensure a content which is adjusted to your working environment.
We will use your personal data to perform the contract we have entered with you – provide you with our services.
After the event, we will keep your personal data for another five years. Afterwards, it will be deleted within a year. The legal basis for retaining your personal data is our legitimate interest. We will need this data in case we need to make a legal claim or any legal claims are brought against us regarding your attendance at our event. After five years, these claims become time-barred.
In case the registration was not made by a person whose personal data is put on the registration form, it is their duty to have a fitting legal basis for sharing personal data of that person (for example, their consent) and to notify them about the processing of their data as explained in this Privacy Policy.
5. Contact via email or contact form: In case you contact us via email or contact form on our website, we process personal data you shared with us (email address and potentially your name). We will only use this data so we can communicate with you. Our legal basis for processing personal data is our legitimate interest, as this is the only way we can answer your question.

Please be advised that photographs may be taken during the event for the purpose of archiving, promotion and publication in print and online, including social media. Alert the photographer at the event should you not wish to have your photograph taken.

Our website is hosted by AVANT.SI d.o.o., which is our current software platform provider and thus a “processor« of the data. We have a signed agreement that obliges the platform provider only to use your email address on our behalf and to ensure data security in accordance with regulations and our instructions. Your personal data can also be processed by other natural or legal persons who offer us support services (electronic communications service providers, IT services providers etc.) or provide us with other services (a company that prints promotion materials etc.).
Transfer of personal data to non-EU countries
Some of your personal data may be processed in countries outside of the European Economic Area by service providers like Google Inc., Amazon.com Inc, USA, Meta Platforms, Inc., USA (functional cookies) etc. Personal data will be processed outside of EEA provided that an adequate level of protection is guaranteed, recognized by a specific adequacy decision of the European Commission.
