GENERAL INFORMATION
1. BASIC SCHEDULE INFORMATION
- DURATION OF THE COURSE
- COURSE SCHEDULE
Having said that, Wednesday and Saturday are exceptions to this schedule. On Wednesday, we finish the training activities at 12.15 and after lunch leave on the afternoon excursion to one of country's highlights. The excursion is included for everyone in the course fee.

- EVALUATION OF THE COURSE
- STUDY VISITS
2. OUR METHODOLOGY
- LANGUAGE OF THE COURSE
We offer some of the courses in other languages as well such as German, Italian, or Croatian.
If you would like to have a course in your own language for a group of participants from the same organisation, we offer the so-called tailor-made courses with a translator that is present throughout the course, helping to deliver the trainer's content. Contact us for more information.
- METHODS USED
During the course, we foster inquiry-based and flipped learning as well as collaboration among the participants. The activities include reflections, peer exchange, discussions, interactive games, working in groups and pairs, presentations, case studies, thinking techniques and individual activities.
- CO-CREATION OF THE PROGRAMME
Besides that, the focus of the course is on interactive and experiential learning and workshop approach. It follows a two-way communication process with emphasis on establishing a mentor relationship between the participants and the trainer.
- THE NUMBER OF THE PARTICIPANTS AT ONE COURSE
There is no limit from our side as to how many participants can attend one course from the same organisation, however, for the general atmosphere of the group, better networking and stepping out of the comfort zone, we strongly suggest the participants to come alone or in small groups.
3. OUR SERVICES
- CULTURAL ACTIVITIES - COMFORT PACKAGE
The comfort package includes: a private walking guided tour of the city on Monday afternoon by a professional guide, a group dinner on Tuesday evening, a take-away lunch on Wednesday and one entrance ticket on the Wednesday excursion and possible transportation to the entrance.
Depending on the programme or weather conditions, small changes are possible. The participants get informed in the last version of the programme.
- ACCOMODATION OPTIONS
- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
If a printed version is needed, the participants can bring the documents to the course so that Primera can give an original stamp there.
Some countries do Europass online via a platform - in that case, a link is sent automatically to Primera's email address for a final completion.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.) Who can apply to Primera courses?
The courses are mainly, but not exclusively, created for teachers, career consultants, trainers, HRM professionals, and other educational staff in any kind of pedagogical or andragogical organisations. However, anyone interested in the topic is welcome to apply. We always adapt the content of the course and its activities to the participants needs, requirements, expectations, project obligations and work environment. Most of our participants get an Erasmus+ grant which covers a great part of the course fee, but the costs may be covered by your organisation or you personally as well.
2.) How many people can join the course from the same organisation?
There is no official limit as to how many people can join the course from the same organisation, however, one of the intentions of the Erasmus+ mobilities is also meeting new people, networking and planning future collaborations. And while our courses are interactive and we try to gently push you out of your comfort zone by connecting you with other participants through the course activities, larger groups naturally stick together, which leaves less space for meeting new people. For the general atmosphere of the group, we suggest splitting the participants from the same school into several courses. If, on the other hand, you would like that many people from the same organisation receive the training, it might be a good idea to take a look our trailer-made courses.
3.) I am not very skilled in English. Can I join the course either way?
Due to the interactive nature of our courses, basic language skills are recommended, but we do try to make the content of the course understandable for everyone (allowing some time for translation, speaking slowly, etc.). Having said that, we noticed that in lots of cases the insecurity of speaking English is a bigger issue than knowledge. If possible, we suggest the participants that they practise speaking English before coming to the course, while at the course we encourage them to indulge in conversations as much as they can in order to become more skilled.
4.) How do I know if the course is confirmed or not?
Under the description of each course you can find the scheduled dates. If we have already received enough participants to confirm the course, then “confirmed” is written next to the date. To read more about the application and confirmation process, please visit THIS PAGE.
5.) Can a course be cancelled? / Can I change the date of the course I have applied for?
The chances are minimal, however, not impossible. Please read our cancellation policy.
6.) Which documents do I need?
Usually, Mobility Document and Europass are the documents needed for the confirmation of mobility, besides the certificates of attendance, which you receive on the last day of the course. SEE HERE to read about the documentation process and required document.
7.) I need some other documents to be signed and stamped from my school. Can you do that?
Of course.
8.) In order to get an approval for the course, I need a course scheduled sooner. Can you send it to me earlier?
Sure, just send us an email.
9.) I would like to join the course, but my funding only covers a 5 day course.
In this case, we suggest taking a look at other categories of the project money, with which you might be able to cover the remaining course fee. The other option is that the school itself covers the additional costs.
10.) What do I have to bring with me to the course?
Primera takes care of all the study materials and office supplies. The exceptions are the courses on digitalisation (ICT in My Classroom, Digital Literacy, Internet Safety and Social Media and From Distance to Blended Learning), where the participants have to bring their own computers.
11.) I would like to join the course, but I can not find a suitable transportation. Is it allowed to be late on the first day or leave a bit earlier on the last?
We understand transportation can sometimes be difficult to arrange. Please write us an email, so that we can discuss the issue further based on your options.
12.) Do I have to attend all the classes ?
In order to obtain the certificate of attendance, a 85% attendance at the course is required. If you need to skip the class because of work or other urgent matters, please communicate the situation with the coordinator and the trainer beforehand.
Please also give us a notice if you will be late on the first day due to the transportation or if you would have to leave earlier on the last day.
13.) Do you offer accommodation as well?
We offer accommodation reservation for a lower price in collaboration with the hotels, however, the reservation is optional, and you are free to choose any other accommodation option that is most suitable for you. A link for a reservation is sent once your attendance at the confirmed course is confirmed.
14.) I would like to join the after-class activities, but my school is unable to cover the costs.
We would love that you join either way. In that case, every participant can pay individually, from his / her own pocket. Keep in mind that Primera can issue several invoices, depending on the one who is paying. If the school is prepared to pay only some parts of the comfort package, we can issue half the invoice on the school address, and half on your behalf.

Sure, just let us know in advance.
16.) I am travelling with my friends and / or family. Can they join the optional cultural activities as well?
