Relationship Awareness Theory with SDI questionnaire gives people an insight into their motivational system, relationship strategies and managing conflicts styles. By raising awareness into dynamics of relationships and interpersonal conflicts the participants contribute to their personal development and learn how to build their personal strengths and prevent and manage conflict effectively. Also, various stimulating exercises are provided, as well as creative discussion about the transfer of key learning points to work and family contexts. Relationship awareness theory provides an insight into interpersonal dynamics in everyday situations and in conflict.
Course Content
PROGRAMME DAY-BY-DAY
Training usually takes place between 9:00 am and 14:00 pm, followed by after-class activities, that are optional.
DAY 1 We start off with an introductory meeting, explanation of practical arrangements and presentation of the participants and timetable. The participants are encouraged to express their expectations, needs and wishes regarding the content of the programme and learning methods. * We continue with the overview of Relationship Awareness Theory and Administration of SDI. Trip around Triangle, individual results, living triangle. DAY 2 We learn about and practice different type of activities, such as motivational value system, portrait of personal strengths, influencing others and personal strengths practical activities. DAY 3 Introduction to conflict, living triangle, conflict model and self-worth model. Half-day excursion. DAY 4 We do a portrait of overdone strengths and learn how to praise, reward and how to give a constructive feedback. DAY 5 The analysis of gained knowledge and skills using creativity techniques and strength management takes place, as well as the discussion of key learning points. For the conclusion, we develop a personal action plan, the follow up activities, dissemination and implementation of learning outcomes. DAY 6 Evaluation and farewell. Documentation and certificates of attendance. * Some changes in the programme are possible - the content of the course is always adapted to the participants previous knowledge, expectations and requirements. The participants receive the Informational Booklet a few weeks prior to the start of the course. |
