The most popular Erasmus+ courses

​Not just our participants, also we intensively learn when working with teachers and adult trainers. One of our learning point is also to constantly adapt the courses to the needs of our participants. Thus, in preparing for a 2015 Erasmus+ call we reviewed all our courses once again. We divided them in two groups. In the first group you can find the most popular training courses with standardized programme. Here is the list of the courses:

• Peer Coaching as a Sustainable Source of Professional Development
• Building Efficient Relationships and Effective Conflict Management
• Teaching creativity in schools, inspired by Edward de Bono
• Developing Effective Communication Skills
• Preventing early school leaving

Since the Erasmus+ call enables schools to have special courses in order to cover their learning needs, we also offer the second group of courses. These are tailor made courses designed especially for groups of 15-20 teachers. When to choose this option? In case you plan to work on a certain topic together as a school and you need additional knowledge to support you in achieving your goals.

For instance, one school decided to facilitate entrepreneurship among their students. They came to our institution for a special course on entrepreneurship where we develop an action plan how to encourage entrepreneurship at their school. Teachers also got a new knowledge about entrepreneurship, curricula and training materials. Facilitating entrepreneurship in this case was their common goal. They sent us an interdisciplinary team of teachers (mechanical engineers, language teachers, sport teachers etc.), because they wanted to overcome the barriers between teaching subject and integrate entrepreneurship teaching in the whole school.
