Flipped Classroom: Empower Students for Their Learning Journey

Do you know what a flipped classroom means? It is a way to motivate students to learn in a different way. Instead of a lecturer, teacher becomes more of a mentor. His role is empowering students when they're experimenting and learning through different methods, such as watching videos, collaborating in discussions, or carrying out research at home while engaging in concepts in the classroom. This kind of teaching empowers students since they are developing various skills during the learning process, as well as it raises their level of engagement. The conference is free of charge, held in English on 25th of February 2021 from 15:00 to 16:30 Central European Time. The participants will get a certificate of attendance.

True flipped learning turns classroom time into a more individualized experience. Instead of an instructor addressing all students as a group, learners move at their own pace or in small groups to apply their knowledge in hands-on ways; this allows for a more differentiated experience overall. By a flipped classroom we empower students to take responsibility for their learning journey.

Would you like to present your flipped classroom best practice, but you don't want to talk in front of teachers? You can still present and get a Certificate of Poster Presentation. Prepare a Power Point (or some other type) of presentation on flipped classroom practice you use in your own class. Upload it to the conference Padlet until 25th February 2021.
Please note, presentation should be in English. We will consider only the presentations about flipped classroom best practice. Please do not upload any theoretical articles.
