Skupina Primera is HR consultancy based in Slovenian capital, Ljubljana. We are experts for simple, integrated solutions with people in the centre of attention. On the individual level we are focused mainly on personal and professional development.
We assist with psychometric assessment, establishment of competency models and discovery of training needs. Over the last few years we implemented numerous tailor-made workshops, seminars and trainings that are delivered to employees, managers, HR experts, teachers, trainers and entrepreneurs. Blanka Tacer, PhD in business administration and BSc of psychology, professionally focuses on work and organisational psychology and supports private and public companies in building and implementing their human resources management strategy. She works as a coach, trainer and consultant in the field of human resources development, organisational growth and knowledge management. She is well familiar with South East Europe markets. As a member of Work and organisational psychology section at Slovenian Psychological Association and a member of American Society for Training & Development she is in touch with the latest literature on adult learning. Personal and professional development through permanent trainings at home and abroad is a part of her worklife. She concluded 1 year coaching training at the University of Cambridge. She is also a NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) master practitioner and qualified SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) facilitator.
Brina Menart graduated from psychology with her thesis entitled subjective well-being of employees' at work and everyday activities. At Primera she coordinates 13 different international Erasmus+ courses. During her studying years she devoted a lot of her spare time to voluntary work, which was mainly related to working with and for young people. There she gained a lot of experience and skills to carry out workshops aimed at developing communication skills, conflict resolution and public speaking. She gained most experiences in education while she worked as a co-mentor to a Philosophical-psychological Club Electrotechnical computer professional school and high school Ljubljana. While studying she completed a course of medical hypnosis and hypnotherapy for medical professionals and an introductory course in sport psychology.
After completing her studies she co-funded educational institute Pogovorjevalnice, where she still plays an active role. Her main interests are moderation, art of hosting and challenges on how to use positive psychology in everyday life. She likes to update her skills on regular basis by going to different workshops and trainings.
Also, she believes the old Latin proverb that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. That is why she is also a licensed LesMills BodyAttack coach.
Ana Arzenšek, PhD, is a psychologist and transactional analyst. She works at the Faculty of management at the University of Primorska. Her main teaching and research areas include human resource management, communication in business environment and organisational behaviour, where she authored or co-authored various scientific papers. She worked as an HRM assistant in financial sector. She has carried out several workshops in the field of human resource development. As a transactional analyst, she is involved in psychological counselling, fostering productive problem solving behaviours. Her main professional interest is in creating positive changes in behaviour in private life and in organisational settings.
Nastja Mulej, M.Sc., an economist and sociologist has a master degree in communication studies. Professionally she focuses on teaching and training creative and constructive thinking in schools and companies (over 50 companies, over 30 schools and kindergartens, over 5.000 attendees at different seminars, conferences and meetings). She is the only Slovenian trainer of de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking and CoRT (Teaching Thinking as a separate subject in schools). She is well familiar with South East Europe markets. She was Head of New Ideas Department from 2000 till 2009 in New Moment – New Ideas Company (called S Team Bates Saatchi & Saatchi in 2000 – 2003), an advertising agency, present in 10 East European countries, working closely with the creative guru Dragan Sakan. She is a much sought for speaker and author of many articles.
Janja Rebolj has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of fields, where her interpersonal skills have given her a leading edge. This includes: pedagogical training, teaching in secondary schools, curator in the museum, PR and Marketing Manager, Head of Communication service and of course Trainer and Coach for SDI. Janja enjoys all her learning work, from development of students to professionals and leaders but her main focus is on helping people at all levels to develop more effective andproductive relations that increase their personal effectiveness and enable their organisations to achieve better results. Janja’s style is highly interactive sharing her own experiences and encouraging others to do the same. She structures high quality learning experiences and yet is also highly flexible in ensuring individual needs are met and each participant gains exactly what they need at this moment to help them take the next step. Her areas of specialism include: Management development, Communication, Adult learning, Change management, Relationship management, Conflict management, SDI Qualification programmes. In addition to be a Master SDI Facilitator, Janja is also a Master practitioner in NLP as well as an NLP coach. She is trained in Adizes Management of Change at IEDC Bled School of Management and in trainer skills. As a historian and sociologist by education Janja is well suited to introducing the SDI into organisations and society both in Slovenia and through European projects. In 2008 she received a National Award „Apple of Quality“ for her achievements in the European mobility project.
Andrej Juričko has always been strongly interested in people so he decided to study Psychology. After the Bachelor degree he finished Master of Science in Entrepreneurship. His final work in Innovation management received two prestigious awards. His career began in marketing agency. He dedicated first two years to market research and branding. After that he successfully used marketing approach and strong customer focus in HRM. In six years he distinguished himself as an expert for strategic HRM projects in big international company. He feels most competent in Talent Management, Competency Models, 360-degree Performance Review and Selection of Key personnel. He leads interactive, tailor-made workshops for experts, middle management and senior management. Among the most popular topics are Career Development, Teambuilding, Change Management, Leadership and Sales Techniques. He tries to combine innovative exercises with insights from NLP and SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory). At the present, most of his energy is devoted to development and implementation of various projects that support personal and organizational change, especially in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. He believes that innovative thinking and strong customer focus can bring good results. He tries to balance his life with hobbies like reading, sport challenges and exploration of secret parts of our world.
Seren Işık works as a project coordinator in Turkey. She introduces the programs to attendants and help Turkish participants before and after the mobility. Seren is an English teacher. She’s been teaching English professionally for 5 years. She also works as a Cambridge English speaking examiner, recruited by Cambridge University Language Assessment Office as Cambridge English assessor. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in English Learning and Teaching Department (ELT) in 2012 and then she is getting her master degree at the same department, majoring on Intercultural Sensitivity and teaching culture, she’s currently doing researches on cultural issues and English language teaching.
Seren successfully completed a full time course at the EF International Language Center in Brighton, England in 2011. She’s taken EFCELT-EF Cambridge English level test and achieved C1-EFCELT level. After completing her studies, she attended several Erasmus projects and participated in Comenius Programme in Rome, Italy in 2013. She has attended in service training in Zwolle, Netherlands. During the last years, she’s been gaining experience in both teaching English and conducting Erasmus Plus projects. She has attended various in-service trainings, conferences and workshops across Europe and England on teaching English and conducting European Projects such as Comenius and Erasmus Key Actions.
She is based in Turkey and enjoys teaching English to young energetic learners. She also has a keen interest on travelling, music and contemporary art.
Jerneja Šibilja earned her bachelor degree in European studies and she is finishing the study of psychology. She works as an event organizer in Primera and trainer in STEP Institute. She has carried out several workshops in the field of personal growth and strengthening of soft skills. She was active as volunteer and trainer in different prevention and educational programs and projects for children, youth and adults. She also organized and coordinated several international seminars, workshops and conferences. In the last year she works in the field of administrative-coordinative work and project management. She also constantly participates in different seminars, workshops and other professional courses to gain new knowledge and experience and upgrade her skills.
Tine Nagy earned his doctoral degree in business administration at Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. Part of the studies he completed at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and in 2012 he defended his PhD thesis on User Driven Innovation. As a part of Entrepreneurship Department at Faculty of Management Koper he worked on different research projects (innovation in SMEs, design thinking, researchers’ patent activity, entrepreneurship, sustainable development), where he authored or co-authored various scientific papers. He has carried out several workshops in the field of Design Thinking, Canvas Business Modeling and Entrepreneurship. He is also a visiting professor at different institutions and active in Creative Industries too. His main professional interest is designing innovation process and making changes in SMEs.
Mateja Štirn, M. Sc., is a psychologist and psychotherapist with many years of working experiences in fields of psychological counseling, trainings and psychoeducational work with groups and in the field of violence and child abuse prevention. She works in the Institute for psychological-counseling developmental projects (ISA Institute). Important part of her professional focus goes to the problem of psychological trauma, working with victims of traumatic events and to child abuse primary prevention. She has been the CAP (Child Abuse Prevention) project coordinator for Slovenia since 1998 and the head of the Strengthening Families Initiative for Slovenia since 2010. Important part of her professional and personal development are permanent trainings covering the basic areas of her professional interests. She finished the Integrative psychotherapy training and gained the integrative psychotherapist certificate.
