Course Content
PROGRAMME DAY-BY-DAY
DAY 1
We start off with an introductory meeting, an explanation of practical arrangements and a presentation of the participants and timetable. The participants are encouraged to express their expectations, needs and wishes regarding the content of the programme and learning methods. * An introduction to parallel thinking and the six thinking hats concepts Example of Using the Six Thinking Hats in Practise. The Purpose and Benefits of Using the Six Thinking Hats The Teaching of Thinking Skills; The Role of the Teacher White Hat DAY 2 A Model Lesson Plan Red Hat Yellow Hat Black Hat Green Hat Blue Hat DAY 3 The Systematic Use of the Thinking Hats Experiencing Sequential Thinking Additional Practise Topics Transfer of learning to the workplace, key learning points and developing a personal action plan Planning the follow up activities, dissemination and implementation of learning outcomes Evaluation and farewell with certificates of attendance Course trainer: Nastja Mulej, M.Sc., a licenced trainer of Edward de Bono's thinking tools. * Some changes in the programme are possible - the content of the course is always adapted to the participants previous knowledge, expectations and requirements. The participants receive the Informational Booklet a few weeks prior to the start of the course. |
