OBJECTIVES

By the end of the job shadowing programme participants will understand the digitalisation projects targeting adults within the host organisation. They will participate in thematic workshops on basic digital skills for adults with low digital literacy. The participants will have an opportunity to network in international context.

METHODOLOGY

Class observations / Peer exchange / Workshops on digital skills / Cultural experience / Getting out of the comfort zone. 

PROGRAMME DAY-BY-DAY

​DAY 1 - Introduction to job-shadowing and AI in everyday life
Welcome session: ice-breakers, timetable presentation and practical arrangements, doubts and questions, documentation.
AI in everyday life: ChatGPT prompts, Canva, HeyGen & Vidnoz AI, SUNO AI, Chef GPT.
Practicum: Practicing AI tools from the first 2 slots. Presentation of the practice.

DAY 2 - Digital wellbeing and experiential learning
Workshop: Mental health in connection with digital skills, FOMO and JOMO.
Field work: Actionbound, digital playfully discover of Ljubljana.
Class observation: Observation of digital skills classes for adult learners.
Networking: International networking dinner.

DAY 3 - Digital citizenship
Digital skills in everyday life: Creating strong passwords and recognising scams or phishing attempts. Safe online shopping and banking practices. Understanding data privacy and personal information protection.
World Café: Irresistible learning of digital skills.
Conclusion: Integration of knowledge, evaluation, certification, farewell.
