Erasmus+ course summary
The two-day course in Bistrița, Romania, brings together school leaders to strengthen growth mindset leadership. Participants will benchmark European practices through World Café sessions, explore growth mindset implementations from Romania, Sweden, Spain, and Slovenia, and engage in peer coaching and design labs. The program combines a school visit, group work, and networking to equip leaders with practical tools for fostering feedback, learning from mistakes, and building international collaboration.
The four schools and one NGO in this partnership have worked together since 2018, developing materials on how to implement and cultivate a growth mindset school culture. They have practiced these approaches with students and parents, and now aim to expand their network by collaborating with like-minded schools to build further partnerships in the future.
The international training team includes experienced principals, and project managers from Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, bringing diverse expertise in school leadership and growth mindset implementation.

Course fee: Free of charge.
Participants may use their Erasmus accreditation, short-term mobility projects, or their own funding to cover travel, accommodation, lunches, and dinners. Coffee breaks will be provided by the organizers.
Target groups: Principals, headmasters, assistant headmasters, deputy principals, school leadership team members, and others involved in school leadership and management.
