Skupina Primera, an Erasmus+ KA1 course provider, is closely monitoring information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are monitoring European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and recommendations of our National Institute of Public Health.
We are aware that travel to and from affected regions may have to be postponed or cancelled, and participants may wish to return early. Where this travel is funded through the Erasmus+ programmes, the Force Majeure clause in your contract may apply.
At our training venue we follow common prevention guidelines and ask all the participants to respect the guidelines in order to keep safety for everyone.
Following prevention guidelines, we will do everything in our power to conduct all the KA1 courses planned and at the same time ensure the safety of our participants. We will also continue to monitor the situation and communicate the potential changes on time with all the participants.
The title of this blog is Keep Calm, but Also do not Underestimate the Coronavirus! That’s because I believe we have the power in our hands by behaving responsively. On one hand this means to take respect the prevention guidelines, remind children and other people in our environment about the prevention. But at the same time stay positive, because our emotions can also act like viruses. Fear is spreading around faster than Coronavirus causing people to close themselves from others into their homes. Avoiding fresh air and stop exercising also weakens our immune system.
Thank you for considering this message. I wish you all the good health,
Managing Director of Skupina Primera
