Participants from different corners of EU joined two Comenius/Grundtvig in-service training courses in Ljubljana from 8 to 13 July 2013. Janja Rebolj and Ana Arzenšek lead the course Building Efficient Relationships and Effective Conflict Management. Two days of the training were intended to developing communication skills using transactional analysis principles. Three days of the training were focused on the relationship awareness theory in practice.
